A meta-analysis examining green tea extract and exercise fuel use was published 20 October 2026 in Nutrition Reviews. The work pooled data from 9 randomized controlled trials.[1] A separate narrative review published the same date in Nutrition Research Reviews evaluated pistachios and sleep outcomes. Authors of that review concluded pistachios contain nutrients associated with sleep regulation. They stated evidence that eating pistachios improves sleep remains inconclusive.[2]
